At Starboard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective equipment are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
